The petitioner seeks bail in Mufassil P.S. Case No. 188 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under different Sections of the Arms Act.

From the house of the petitioner three half constructed pistols and two live cartridges were recovered. It is submitted that no effective arms was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and for that the petitioner has remained in jail for more than 41⁄2 months.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
