JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 11-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased, who died within seven years of her marriage on account of burn injuries. There is accusation of illegal demand as well as torturing against the petitioner. Petitioner is in jail custody since 5.8.2014. The trial of the petitioner is going on and, therefore, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Nokha P.S.Case No. 82 of 2014, pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge Rohtas stands rejected.

However, the learned trial court should expedite the
