====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 21-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in Sessions Trial No. 591 of 2018 arising out of Ujiyarpur P.S. Case No. 157 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that First Information Report is against unknown.

It is alleged by the informant in the Fard-e-beyan that she got information that some unknown criminals have shot dead her husband. The informant rushed to the place of occurrence and found dead body of her husband lying there. She on enquiry learnt that two unknown persons have shot dead her husband.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2518 of 2019(2) dt.21-01-2019 2/2 Counsel for the petitioner submits that during investigation name of petitioner has come in the confessional statement of co-accused Abhishekh Kumar. Thereafter, the police has arrested this petitioner.

Petitioner is in custody since 15.7.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned District & Sessions Judge, Samastipur, Distt. Samastipur, in connection with Sessions Trial No. 591 of 2018 arising out of Ujiyarpur P.S. Case No. 157 of 2018 subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) S.Ali/- U T
