1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.i. To issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent authorities to remove the encroachment over Ward no. 5, Holding no. 96/33C, New Capital Circle, Near I.G.I.M.S, Dharmshala Road, Patna over which encroachment has been made by the private respondent no. 11.

ii. To issue further necessary direction to the

Patna High Court CWJC No.2038 of 2023(2) dt.26-09-2023 2/2 concerned authority to remove the encroachment standing over the municipal road by the private respondent no. 11 inspite of the fact that there was a Govt. order to remove all the encroachments from the municipal road.

iii. It is further prayed to this Hon'ble court that the respondent authorities may be directed for taking stern action against the respondent no. 11 since, earlier also from the same place encroachment was removed as per the verbal direction passed in CWJC No. 649/2018 by the District Administration."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the encroachment in question has already stood removed during the interregnum period, hence the present writ petition be disposed off.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
