JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 384, 386 and 387 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the First Information Report was instituted against unknown and one Rishi Jha was apprehended with a sum of Rs. 21, 90,000/- by the Police who is said to have confessed that the money was extorted money. He disclosed the petitioner's name and stated that he was going to give the amount to the petitioner.

Over and above the said confessional statement of Rishi Jha, learned counsel submits that there is no allegation against the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9527 of 2015 (2) dt.04-03-2015 P2/2 petitioner. He has drawn my attention to the order of this Court to submit that said Rishi Jha has been granted regular bail vide order dated 25.03.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 37147 of 2013. Keeping in view the submission as above, let the petitioner Chandra Mohan Jha, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, in connection with Runni Saidpur P. S. Case No. 178/2012.
