JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 18-04-2019 The petitioner has filed the present writ petition for a direction to the respondents to apprise the petitioner about the action taken on the decision of the Information Commissioner in case No. 80951/2012-13 dated 25.11.2015.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter was consigned with a note that the action in the instant case is required but unfortunately no action was taken till date. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be permitted to pursue his remedy which is otherwise available under the law before the appropriate forum. Considering the aforesaid, the present writ petition is

Patna High Court CWJC No.16741 of 2016(2) dt.18-04-2019 2/2 disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent authority for redressal of his grievances. In the event the petitioner files representation before the appropriate authority, the same is required to be addressed in accordance with law.
