Petitioner has challenged the order of suspension dated 10.2.2018 contained in Annexure-7.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that departmental enquiry was done by the Enquiry Officer and the Enquiry Officer submitted report but the respondents are sitting tight over the matter on the ground that writ petition is pending

Patna High Court CWJC No.13200 of 2018(2) dt.01-07-2019 2/2 since 2018.

Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the respondents to take appropriate decision in accordance with law on the enquiry report submitted by the Enquiry Officer at the earliest preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and grant all consequential benefit at the earliest having regard to the fact that petitioner has attained the age of superannuation. With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
