2. The application has been filed for quashing the FIR of Chandi P.S. Case No. 109 of 2020, Bhojpur under sections 25 (1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. The petitioner wants decision on the FIR by considering all the materials on affidavit in his defence which is not permissible in law.

4. Considering the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of State of Bihar Vs. P.P. Sharma 1992 Supp(1) SCC 222, this application is dismissed. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anuradha/- U T
