( presently known as Multi State Co-operative Land Development Bank ).
In the present writ petition the petitioner has prayed for directing the respondents to pay his due salary as well as increment for the said period.
Patna High Court CWJC No.18791 of 2008 (5) dt.04-04-2017 2/2 In this case a counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondent /Bihar State Co-operative Land Development Bank Ltd. and two objections were raised. Firstly regarding maintainability of the writ petition and secondly a plea was taken that whatever due to employees in the Bihar State Co-operative Land Development Bank Ltd. is there, the same is being paid in chronological manner. Sri Choudhary, learned counsel for the respondents, on instruction submits that the admissible claim of the petitioner will also be paid in chronological manner. In view of the submission made by Sri Choudhary, learned counsel for the Bihar State Co-operative Land Development Bank Ltd., learned counsel for the petitioner makes a prayer for disposal of the writ petition.
