The petitioner is in custody since 01.12.2014 in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 325, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits, referring to the First Information Report that all together 8 persons have been named in the First Information Report but there is no specific allegation of assault against this petitioner. He further submits that the case has been instituted out of animosity and petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In view of the above, let the petitioner Akbali Paswan be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten
