2. The petitioners seek regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 302 and Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. From reading of the F.I.R., it appears that the assailant is the son of the petitioner no. 1 and the deceased died in a celebratory firing.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner no. 1 is in custody since 17.10.2023 and petitioner no. 2 is in custody since 09.11.2023.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M. Jehanabad/concerned Court below in connection with Ghoshi P.S. Case No. 336 of 2023.

8. This application stands allowed.
