Petitioner happens to be father of informant. The deceased in the present case is daughter of the informant and the informant claimed that he came to know about the alleged occurrence from the deceased as well as his neighbours and according to the informant petitioner abetted the other accused to commit the murder of the deceased and after that other accused poured kerosene oil and lit fire on the person of the deceased. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
