The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sessions Trial No.07 of 2013 arising out of Sahkund (Sajour) P.S.Case No.68 of 2011 pending in the Court of Sessions Judge, Bhagalpur registered for an offence under sections 447, 341, 307, 329 and 504/34 of the IPC.
The earlier bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide Cr.Misc.No.15626 of 2012 and Cr.Misc.No.810 of 2013. This is the third attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of regular bail.
A report was called for from the trial Court regarding the stage of the case. The report is at flag-'G'. It has been reported that the trial has already been concluded and the case is at the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4077 of 2016 (3) dt.16-08-2016 stage of argument.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, the same is rejected. (Sudhir Singh, J) B.Kr./- U T
