JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 06-05-2019 The petitioner has prayed for quashing of the Office Order No. 25 dated 28.04.2001 by which he has been reverted to a lower pay-scale, i.e., from the pay-scale of 4000-6000 to pay-scale of 3050-4500.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the case of the petitioner is similar to the
Patna High Court CWJC No.13444 of 2018 dt.06-05-2019 2/2 case of Lachhaman Kumar & Ors. Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors. (C.W.J.C. No. 9633 of 2016) and other analogous cases, which has been disposed off by a Bench of this Court vide order dated 27.02.2019.
3. The petitioner, under the aforesaid circumstances, is directed to make a representation before the Principal Secretary, General Administration Department, Govt. of Bihar, Patna (respondent No. 2) within a period of four weeks from today, who, on receipt of such representation, shall, on verifying the facts and finding the case of the petitioner to be similar, pass necessary order in accordance with law, towing the line of the aforesaid decision, within a further period of six weeks thereafter.
4. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed off.
