Petitioner and some other co-accused are named in the first information report but admittedly, none has seen the actual killing of the deceased and having more or less similar allegation, co-accused Bambam Ray has already been granted privilege of bail by this Court.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, Patna in connection with Maner P.S.Case No. 273 of 2015.
