The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kanti (Panpur OP) P.S. Case No. 66 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 304(B)/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for petitioner has submitted that petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased. There is general and omnibus allegation against this petitioner in the written report. The deceased died of electrocution.
Case diary has been received.
Learned APP after looking into the case diary has submitted that mother of the deceased has given her statement before the police which is available at paragraph no. 4 of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2866 of 2019(3) dt.02-04-2019 2/2 case diary wherein, she has stated that she received information that her daughter has died due to electrocution. Petitioner is in custody since 30.08.2018 having clean antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, West, Muzaffarpur in connection with Kanti (Panpur OP) P.S.
