No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent but according to the prosecution case itself, alleged recovery was made from the house of co-accused Deo Prasad Yadav and admittedly, coaccused Deo Prasad Yadav has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court vide order dated 26.2.2013 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 48603/2012.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri S.K. Roy, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Jhanjharpur District Madhubani/concerned court in Phulparas P.S. Case no. 200/2012.
