JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 21-04-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief :- " (i) For issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus or an appropriate writ, order or orders, direction or directions to command the respondent authorities to remove the encroachment made by the respondent nos. 6, 7 and 8 over the Plot no. 160, Khata no. 84, Thana no.164/02, measuring an area 0.92 decimal situated in Mauza-Harpur Alloth, District-Samastipur which belongs to the
Patna High Court CWJC No.15814 of 2017(2) dt.21-04-2023 2/2 petitioner and has been obtained through the settlement of the land vide its Memo no. 1306 dated 07.07.1976."
After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies, as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty so sought, is granted.
