It transpires to this Court that vide order No. 2 dated 14.11.2024, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that during the pendency of the present writ petition, petitioner No. 1 died, however, neither any substitution petition nor any petition for setting aside the abatement has been filed.

3. Vide order No. 3 dated 05.12.2024, it further

5. Today also, on repeated calls, no one appears on behalf of the petitioners.

6. Having regard to the above, it transpires to this Court that the petitioners are not interested in pursuing this matter.

7. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed due to non-prosecution.
