2. Earlier regular bail petition of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 18.05.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 13351 of 2023 but the fresh ground for filing of the regular bail application is that the charges have been framed on 19.09.2023 after a lapse of near about six months. Only one witness has been examined, which shows that the trial is going at the snail pace.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is under custody for a period of approximately one year and three months.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9135 of 2024(2) dt.01-03-2024 2/2 furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist, Class, West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 1013 of 2022, subject to the following conditions:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available on each and every date till conclusion of the trial.
(ii) In case of his failure in appearance on two consecutive dates without any valid reason, the learned court below will be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
