Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 270 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 14.06.2022 and the petitioner is innocent and he has committed no offence.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

The petitioner is the husband of the deceased. It has

Learned counsel for the petitioner has not been able to satisfy this Court as to what action the petitioner has taken for treatment of the deceased whether the petitioner had informed his in-laws family just after the accident or he had informed the police that the wife was burnt in an accidental fire. Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, this application is rejected.

The Court below is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner.
