The petitioner seeks bail in Chapra Mufassil P.S. Case No. 157 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B), 26(2) of the Arms Act.

The petitioner was apprehended by the police and from possession of the petitioner one country made pistol with three live cartridges were recovered.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in jail since 02.08.2014 and the petitioner has already remained in jail for 61⁄2 months.

Considering the facts aforesaid the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6309 of 2015 (2) dt.16-02-2015 2/2 satisfaction of Sri Anand, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Saran at Chapra in connection with Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No. 157 of 2014.
