The accusation against the petitioner is that she administered poisonous food to informant's one and half years old son. The post mortem report of the deceased reveals that doctor could not ascertain the definite cause of death of the deceased and kept the viscera reserved.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief
