JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 28-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. There is case and counter case between the parties. Although petitioner is said to have opened fire on the informant, who sustained firearm injuries, but the injuries sustained by the informant appear to be simple in nature.

According, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Behiya P.S.Case No. 260 of 2014.
