2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 46 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 120B, 302, 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and others are said to have committed murder of two persons.

4. For one murder Khagaria P.S. Case No. 154 of 2023 was registered and for another murder the present case has been filed.

5. Considering the fact that this is a case of double murder, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
