JUSTICE ARVIND SINGH CHANDEL ORAL ORDER 07-03-2025 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that during pendency of this petition pursuant to the order dated 07.01.2025 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 19506/2024 (Sri Krishna Singh and Others versus State of Bihar and Others) passed by this Court, the respondents issued order dated 03.03.2025 whereby they have granted study leave to all the petitioners (Ayurvedic Medical Officers) who are presently working in various places of Bihar. Therefore, it is prayed by learned counsel for the petitioners that as of now, in light of the order dated 03.03.2025, petitioners are also granted benefit of study leave, therefore, this petition has become infructuous since grievance of the petitioners have been already redressed.

2. Therefore, now this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.

3. On the request made by learned counsel for the
