In the present case, petitioner is claiming for appointment on the post of Nayay Mitra in Gram Panchayat Raj Jankidih under Chanan Block in the district of Lakhisarai. Petitioner is claiming that he should be appointed as Nayay Mitra which is not a civil post. Patna High Court CWJC No.17695 of 2008 (5) dt.17-11-2017 done to her which the petitioner has not availed. As it is not a civil post the writ petition does not lie inasmuch as petitioner has not challenged the selection of respondent no.9.
