Admittedly, nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and it is alleged that on the basis of disclosure, made by the petitioner, one co-accused, Hareram Rai was arrested and said co-accused; Hareram Rai confessed his guilt, leading to recovery of stolen idols. The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

Taking into consideration the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bajpatti P.S. Case No. 252 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi.
