2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 46 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 120(B), 302, 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Though the petitioner has not been named in the FIR but as per the allegations levelled against him he had gone with the deceased and thereafter he has been found involved in the crime.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, this application for anticipatory bail is dismissed.

6. The petitioner is directed to surrender in the Court below within four weeks from today and pray for regular bail failing which the Superintendent of Police, Begusarai will take all steps for arrest of the accused person/s including the petitioner.
