According to the first information report itself, after solemnization of love marriage, the petitioner proceeded to Delhi to earn his livelihood and even if, it is assumed to be true that the informant was subjected to cruelty, then also, the same has been done in absence of the petitioner.

Taking into consideration the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 34 of 2013 to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Araria.
