Seen the report submitted by the Presiding Officer concerned.
The Superintendent of Police, Muzaffarpur is directed to produce all the witnesses on next date positively and simultaneously, the learned lower Court is directed to record evidence of all the witnesses without giving undue adjournment, in case, witnesses are produced by the prosecution. With the aforesaid direction, instant petition is rejected.
Let a copy of this order be served upon the Superintendent of Police, Muzaffarpur as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for effective compliance. The
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12363 of 2015 (03) dt.24-06-2015 learned lower Court is also directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same on day to day basis within three months and in case, the trial is not concluded within the aforesaid stipulated period, then in that event, petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.
