The petitioner is in custody in a case registered under Sections 328, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioner is that she gave one glass of milk to drink to the informant and she took the same and thereafter the informant felt and started vomiting and she was brought to hospital and the accused persons fled away. On behalf of the petitioner, it has been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 29.4.2014. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Further, the petitioner has been named in the FIR. There is no direct evidence to suggest the implication of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11443 of 2015 (5) dt.29-07-2015 2/2 petitioner. It is also submitted that the petitioner is a lady. On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the FIR.
Considering the facts aforesaid, let above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Munger in Asarganj P.S.Case No. 60/14 (G.R.No. 1304/14).
