Petitioner is accused in connection with Sessions Trial No. 18 of 2015 arising out of Guthani P.S. Case No. 178 of 2014 registered under Section 364(A) of the I.P.C. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. In course of investigation, in paragraph nos. 7, 8 and 9, only it has come that there was rumor in the village about kidnapping of the victim by the petitioner. Later on, police got recorded his confessional statement showing his involvement in kidnapping and murder of the victim and Police also said to have recovered the shirt, having spot like blood. Further, submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1748 of 2016 (3) dt.01-03-2016 2/2 and is in custody since 21.09.2014.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-III, Siwan in connection with Sessions Trial No. 18 of 2015 arising out of Guthani P.S.
