Similar issue has come up before this Court in CWJC No. 13362 of 2017 which was disposed of by order dated 16.05.2018, as contained in Annexure-10.

Considering the aforesaid, the present writ petition is disposed of with direction to the respondents to act upon the letter No. 2468 dated 03.10.2017 and ensure payment of salary to the petitioner at the earliest preferably within a maximum period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
