JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. It would appear from the first information report that a quarrel took place between the parties on account of petty dispute and in that course co-accused Rajendra Chauhan gave iron rod blow to the deceased and the said blow became fatal to her. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-III, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Session trial no. 417 of 2015 arising out of
