The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Barari P.S. Case No. 60 of 2014 registered for offence under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is father-in-law of the victim and allegation of demand against the petitioner is general and omnibus and ther is no specific allegation against the petitioner. It is further submitted that husband of the petitioner is in jail custody. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Sunil Kumar-III, Judicial Magistrate,1st Class, Katihar, in connection with Barari P.S. Case No. 60 of 2014.
