WJC No.2759 of 2017 dt.03-01-2018 2/2 In view of the decision dated 16.02.2017 contained in Annexure-3 that on such date the age of the petitioner was held to be 16-18 years, since she was not willing to go with her parents she was sent to After Care Home, Gaighat, Patna, now about 10 months have elapsed, on an application filed on behalf of the petitioner, let the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura or the Court which is in the seisin of this matter take fresh decision in accordance with law.
This application stands disposed of with the aforesaid observations.
