JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 05-02-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents. The simple grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that despite request made by the petitioner, the respondents are not issuing duplicate mark-sheet which was destroyed due to water logging in the year 2016.

Instead of keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is disposed off with a direction to the Secretary,

3) to issue a duplicate mark-sheet of the petitioner on deposit of requisite fee within a period of one month from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
