For the present, it makes little difference. Inasmuch as in view of the show cause as filed by the State Bank of India, there has been compliance of the judgment of this Court.

In that view of the matter, this application has become infructuous. However, liberty is given to the heirs of the petitioner in case they dispute any settlement or any account as furnished by the State Bank of India, they would have their remedy, as they may be advised. This application stands disposed of.
