The petitioner seeks bail in Baniyapur P.S. Case No. 228 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

From the possession of the petitioner one country made pistol and live cartridges were recovered for that the petitioner is in jail since 27.09.2014. The petitioner has already remained in jail for about seven months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri S.D. Bharti, the learned Judicial
