JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 16-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. There is accusation against petitioner that he established physical relation with the informant on false promise of marriage and also, with assurance to give her lands and money but when the informant became pregnant, the petitioner refused to solemnize his marriage with the informant.

It would appear from perusal of the first information report that the informant is mother of four children and submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the informant lodged this case at the behest of enemies of the petitioner. Moreover, when the informant realized her fault, she entered into compromise. No doubt, medical report reveals that the informant was
