ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 20-01-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are in custody since 29.11.2019 in connection with C2/721/19 registered for the offence under Section 30(A) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that 529.200 litres of illicit liquor was recovered from the border area which the petitioners were crossing. Suspecting the petitioners' hand in the same, they were taken into custody. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioners have no criminal
