Petitioner and two others were caught by the police whereas one person is said to have managed to flee from the place of occurrence. One live cartridge and Rs 3200/- in cash were recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner.
Two motorcycles are said to have been recovered from the place of occurrence.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that one motorcycle belongs to the petitioner and so far another motorcycle is concerned, petitioner does not have any concern with the said motorcycle. It is also pointed out that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 11.11.2015.
Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1554 of 2016 (2) dt.15-01-2016 furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in Kotwali (Tilkamanjhi) P.S. Case no. 753/2015. shahid (Hemant Kumar Srivastava,J) U T
