The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 80 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 376, 511, 323 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, and Section 18 of the POCSO Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that the complaint case has been filed after delay of 15 days. It is further submitted that there is no medical report in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his
