Patna High Court CWJC No.2304 of 2025(2) dt.11-02-2025 2/3 petitioner informs that considering the allegation made by the petitioner against the respondent no.8 (The then Principal, Bhagwan Shri Surya Narayan Inter College, Deo, Aurangabad), which relates to misappropriation of fund, as well as, of nonpayment of the due grant released in favour of the petitioner which amounts to Rs.1,94,468/-, the petitioner don't want to pursue with the writ petition for the reliefs as prayed for in the present writ petition and he will take recourse to appropriate remedy in accordance with law. Learned counsel informs that the petitioner is aggrieved for not having being paid for the financial years 2010-11, 2011-12, 2012-13 and 2013-14, for which the petitioner has already filed his representation before the Additional Chief Secretary, Education Department, Government of Bihar.

Considering the fact that the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition and the petitioner has already availed remedy before the District Appellate Authority, as well as, the State Appellate Authority in respect of the reliefs he has prayed for in the present writ petition, I don't find that the impugned order dated 14.11.2022 requires any judicial review. The petitioner can pursue remedy before the Additional Chief Secretary, Education Department for redressal of his grievances

Patna High Court CWJC No.2304 of 2025(2) dt.11-02-2025 3/3 and the Additional Chief Secretary, Education Department is directed dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner, in accordance with law, expeditiously.

4. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
