ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 09-10-2023 Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has an alternative and efficacious remedy of filing a revision under a statutory provision available under Clause 32(vi) of the Bihar Targeted Public Distribution System (Control) Order 2016.

2. Without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the petitioner is directed to prefer a revision before the Commissioner within a period of four weeks from today and if such revision is filed, the same shall be decided on its own merits strictly in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 8 weeks from filing of the revision and a reasoned order shall be passed.
