2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Baheri P.S. Case No. 219 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 25 unknown criminals have participated in the killing of the three persons.

4. In a case of triple murder, the petitioner's involvement has come during investigation and the petitioner is in jail since 25.6.2023.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
