Learned counsel for the respondents admits that the Letters Patent Appeal No. 527 of 2008 (The State of Bihar & Ors. Vs. Binod Kumar Tiwary @ Ajit Kumar) against the said order stands dismissed on 1st of October, 2008 and thereafter, an order was issued on 14th of November, 2008 for allotment of supply of kerosene oil.

Patna High Court MJC No.412 of 2008 dt.02-03-2017 2/2 Thus, the consequential benefits subsequent to setting aside of the licence has been granted, therefore the Contempt Petition is rendered infructuous.
