By the impugned judgment under review, the Second Appeal No. 55 of 2012 filed by the defendant assailing the judgment and decree of affirmance has been dismissed holding that no substantial question of law arising for consideration in this appeal.

After considering the submissions on behalf of the petitioner, this Court finds that no error is apparent on the face of
