2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition in light of the judgment passed in Letter Patent Appeal No. 703 of 2018 with a liberty to file detailed representation before the Registrar, Co-operative Societies under Section 48 of the Bihar Co-

Patna High Court CWJC No.660 of 2023(2) dt.19-04-2023 2/2 operative Societies Act, 1935. However, it has been informed by the petitioner that the authorities have undertaken to make payment as would appear from 'Annexure- 5 series' communications made by the District Magistrate, Rohtas.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of in view of the fact that already steps have been taken to redress the grievance of the petitioner.
